The one genuinely new idea here: reactivating the carbon
Everywhere else on this site we say carbon linings saturate and that is the end of them. Dime Bags says otherwise for this one: ten minutes in a dryer on low heat restores the lining. Heat drives off what the carbon has adsorbed, which is the same principle as recharging a silica gel packet in a low oven. Treat it as specific to this bag — the maker claims it, and most carbon-lined bags do not.
What a duffle is actually for
Volume and a lock. This is the format for moving everything at once rather than carrying a day's worth — kit, glass, jars and the rest, in one bag that locks shut. Nine compartments is what stops that becoming a jumble at the bottom.
Two things we will not repeat
The listing makes a legal claim about locked bags and search protection. We are not lawyers and neither is a product listing; ignore it and decide for yourself. And a lock on a fabric bag deters curiosity, not a determined person — the fabric gives long before the lock does.
Packing it for more than a day
Containment and humidity control are different problems, and a large soft bag full of air is the worst place for anything to sit for a week. Seal the contents in a CVault 1/4 lb with an Integra Boost 62% pack first, then load the duffle.
