What it does and does not do

It conceals. It is not an odour container and it is not a humidity environment — the manufacturer makes no smell-proof claim and neither do we. Anything you are keeping for more than a day or two goes in a sealed jar with a 62% pack, and that jar goes in here.

One caveat on the waterproofing: the label is waterproof and the compartment is sealed, but the listing's own spec table separately marks the unit as not water resistant. Treat it as safe on a wet vanity, not as something to sit in the shower.
